Custom work starts with your requirements
Quotes are based on the file and settings you submit. Check that the geometry, scale, material, quantity, and intended use are correct. If a feature or deadline is critical, ask for review before payment.
Materials and intended use
Material guides help compare options; they do not certify a finished part for a particular application. Geometry, print orientation, environment, and load affect performance. Discuss safety-critical uses before ordering and validate the part for its actual use.
Files and account access
Provide only files and information you are authorized to share. Keep your sign-in credentials and signed order or support links private. Use the library and account settings to manage your information, and contact us for removal requests.
Payment and additional work
Review the final order total before confirming secure payment. Additional CAD repair or model creation is priced separately before that work begins. Contact us about changes to an existing order so scope, cost, and timing can be reviewed.
Questions and order issues
