Your files and confidentiality
What happens to the files you send us and how to manage them.
Quoting and production
STL and STEP files are used to inspect geometry, prepare previews and quotes, and produce your requested parts. Reference images and documents submitted through support help us understand your request.
Access to your files
Account library downloads require sign-in to the account that owns the file. Order and support links may grant access through a signed link or the browser session used to submit the request. Treat those links as private. Staff can access files needed to handle your request.
Manage saved files
Your file library lets you rename the library label, download the original file, reuse it for a fresh quote, or archive it. Renaming does not change the model geometry. Archiving preserves existing quotes and orders.
Removal and special requirements
For deletion requests, confidential work, an NDA, or a required retention period, contact us before uploading sensitive information. Explain the requirement so we can confirm whether we can meet it. A standard upload does not establish a separate NDA.
Send the right revision
Only upload files you are authorized to provide. Check units, scale, revision, and fit-critical dimensions. Keep your own original copy; the account library should not be your only backup.
