Orders, changes, and support
Practical information before you order and when you need help afterward.
Review before payment
Check the file revision, material, color, quantity, delivery address, and total before paying. Shipping is shown after you enter the destination and choose a service. A quote does not charge your payment method.
Production and delivery timing
The quote and order page show the production estimate. Carrier transit is separate and begins after shipment. A production-ready date is not a delivery guarantee. Tell us about a firm deadline before ordering.
Changes or cancellation
Use Get help with this order as soon as you need to change or cancel an order. Include the order number and requested change. The order status shown online is useful context, but contact us to confirm what can still be changed and any price or timing effect.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect parts
Open a support request from the order page and describe the issue. Include clear photos, the affected quantity, and any relevant measurements; keep the packaging for shipping damage. We will review the order and respond with the next steps. Contact us before sending a return.
CAD assistance
Model creation and file repair are separate paid services. Describe the work and provide reference images or dimensions through the help form. Scope and price are confirmed before CAD work begins.
Stay informed
Save your order link or sign in to order history. Payment confirmation, production-start, and shipping updates are sent to the order email when those events are recorded. Your support receipt includes a reference and a link to the conversation.
